After taking a peek at the [Surprise Corner], the spectacular viewpoint for the famous [Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel], we will visit and make a lunch stop at this Iconic Castle hotel. Finally, hiking at [Johnston Canyon] This popular hiking spot takes you to stunning waterfalls. The trail will take you through open meadows and glacial lakes.

Leave the hotel early in the morning and head west along Highway 1 (Trans-Canada Highway). The steep and rugged [Castle Mountain] will soon come into view. Shortly afterward, you'll arrive at one of the most famous lakes in the Rocky Mountains — [Lake Louise]. Under the sunlight, the lake's water, rich in minerals, reflects a mesmerizing deep blue. The towering Victoria Glacier embraces the lake on three sides, resembling a piece of jade scattered in the mountains, earning it the title of "The Sapphire of the Rockies."

Turning back from the lakeside, the [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise] stands quietly among the pine forest, awaiting visitors. Afterward, climb to the top of the trail to view [Moraine Lake] (seasonally open Jun.01 to Oct.14/ alternative spots: Two Jack Lake, Minnewanka Lake). The emerald-clear water of the lake is beautifully complemented by the jagged peaks of Ten Peaks. From the high vantage point, the view of the lake and mountains is breathtaking, making you lose track of time. Later, visit [Bow Lake], where the outlines of the Rocky Mountains are clearly reflected on the lake's surface. You can also visit the lakeside Num-Ti-Jah Lodge to learn about the legendary Rocky Mountain guide, Jimmy Thompson.

Next, proceed to the [Maligne Canyon], the longest and deepest canyon in the Rocky Mountains. Formed by glacial erosion, it features deep rock cliffs that are captivating. Then, visit the [Athabasca Falls], shaped by melting snow and ice. Standing on the cliffs, you can feel the water cascading down like a mighty army, with the sound of the water echoing all around.

Next, visit [Peyto Lake] (if maintenance or other uncontrollable factors close the area, it will be replaced by a visit to Waterflow Lake). The lake, shaped like a maple leaf, is a brilliant blue jewel nestled in the Rocky Mountain valley. Along the way, pass Waterflow Lake, and enjoy views of [Crowfoot Glacier]. Continue to Yoho National Park, where you will arrive at the serene [Emerald Lake]. Here, red canoes gently ripple the tranquil waters.
Next, head to the [Natural Bridge], formed by the accumulation of water from the kicking horse river. The riverbed, alongside the towering pines and distant mountains, creates a beautiful picture. After stopping in Banff Town, return to Calgary.
