Itinerary

Upon arrival at Chendu Airport, you will be met by our staff and transferred to the hotel for check-in, or you may check in at the hotel on your own.

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll head to the Panda Base, located about 18 kilometers from the city center. It's near Qingcheng Mountain to the north and Chuanxi Street to the south. The base is perfect for pandas, with a climate and environment they love.
On the way, we'll see Dierxi Lake, known for preserving remains from a big earthquake in 1933. In the evening, we'll reach Jiuzhaigou and check into our hotel.

After breakfast, we'll spend the whole day exploring Jiuzhaigou. It's known for its stunning natural beauty, like emerald lakes, waterfalls, colorful forests, and snow-capped mountains. It feels like stepping into a fairy tale!
In the evening, we'll visit a Tibetan family to experience their traditional way of life and food. We'll enjoy dishes like hand-grabbed lamb, butter tea, barley wine, and dance and sing with them, embracing their culture and the beauty of nature.

After breakfast, we'll visit a unique Tibetan village to learn about their culture and customs. We'll also explore the Xinheyu Culture along the way. Our journey will take us to Songpan Ancient Town, located in the northwest of Sichuan Province. It's known as a key town in the northwest of Sichuan and a strategic location historically, earning titles like "Frontier Key Town" and "Strategic Pass." It's been a significant military location, guarding the Min Mountains, controlling the source of the rivers, and serving as a gateway to western Sichuan. Since ancient times, it's been heavily fortified, serving as a crucial defense point.

After breakfast, we'll visit the Shu Culture Museum to learn about ancient Shu culture. Then, we'll head to the Leshan Giant Buddha, also known as the Lingyun Giant Buddha, which is the largest cliff-carved statue in China.
Next, we'll visit Fuhu Temple, known for the "Garden of Renunciation" written by Emperor Kangxi. This temple represents a typical architectural style of Han Buddhism.

After breakfast, we'll visit Baoguo Temple, surrounded by lush trees and red walls. Its grand halls shine with golden brilliance, and the air is filled with the scent of incense and the sound of bells.
Next, we'll explore the millennia-old irrigation project, the Dujiangyan Irrigation System. It's the world's oldest and only surviving large-scale water conservancy project featuring diversion without a dam.
Then, we'll visit Baoshutang Wellness Garden and enjoy a nourishing hot pot.

After breakfast, we'll visit the Tibetan Seven Treasures Cultural Museum to learn about Tibetan cultural treasures. Then, we'll return to Chengdu to visit the Latex Factory.
Later, we'll explore the famous Wide and Narrow Alleys in Chengdu. These alleys consist of Kuan Alley, Zhai Alley, and Jing Alley, along with traditional courtyard houses.
In the evening, we'll watch a quintessential Sichuan Opera face-changing performance. Characters, including Sheng (male), Dan (female), Jing (painted face), Mo (comic), and Chou (clown), will perform on a small stage in a teahouse, showcasing the unique style of Sichuan Opera.
